Altura Search is recruiting a Head of London to lead and grow the Building Surveying team across commercial, industrial and automotive assets, with a 75‑year heritage and strong UK presence. You will lead a 15‑strong team, drive new business, shape strategy with the UK Head of Building Surveying and have input at board level, with a clear path to equity.

The role offers up to £145,000 base salary plus profit share, an equity route, unlimited annual leave and the chance to influence London’s future.
