Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full development lifecycle on large-scale and often complex projects (including cut & carve, commercial, residential and mixed-use).
  • Act as the main client interface, advising on feasibility, strategy, design, and delivery.

  • Manage planning strategy and interface with local authorities and key stakeholders.
