My client, a well-established property consultancy with a strong track record in delivering industrial and commercial real estate schemes, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing Project & Building Consultancy division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and technically proficient Project Manager to take ownership of CAT A/B fit-outs, refurbishments, and industrial redevelopment projects for a diverse client base of investors, landlords, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial projects, from feasibility and planning through to procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, providing strategic input, and ensuring schemes are aligned with commercial goals.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including internal building surveyors, external consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and manage detailed project programmes, risk registers, and cost plans.
  • Provide regular reporting to clients on progress, quality, and risk, maintaining high standards of communication and transparency.
  • Monitor contractor performance, compliance, and health & safety standards during site works.
  • Support team leads in business development, including preparing bids, attending pitches, and identifying opportunities within the industrial and logistics sector.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A proven track record of delivering construction projects in the industrial, logistics, or commercial office sectors.
  • Strong contract administration skills (JCT preferred), with sound knowledge of construction delivery and fit-out processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Relevant degree (e.g., Building Surveying, Construction Management) and ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) or working towards.
The Offer:
  • Salary in the region of £50,000 – £65,000, depending on experience.
  • Annual bonus based on performance - between 8-12%.
  • Car allowance or travel support.
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays.
