The Chartered Building Surveyor role
- Working primarily across commercial property assets, responsibilities will include:
- Contract administration
- Technical due diligence
- Dilapidations advice
- Building pathology and defect diagnosis
- General commercial building surveying instructions
- Technical reporting and client advisory
The Chartered Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified with 0–2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Degree in Building Surveying or similar discipline
- Strong report writing and technical analysis skills
