This is an opportunity to join a respected multidisciplinary property consultancy with an outstanding reputation for developing surveyors, boasting a 100% APC pass rate over the past nine years .
You'll gain exposure to a broad range of projects while receiving structured APC support from experienced Chartered Surveyors.
Role Responsibilities Work across a 50/50 mix of project work and professional services.
Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence.
Assist with contract administration and project management.
Prepare specifications, schedules of work and technical reports.
Work on refurbishment and capital projects from inception through to completion.
Gain exposure across commercial, education, defence, infrastructure, residential and public sector projects.
Candidate Requirements BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
Previous Building Surveying experience through industry placement or consultancy.
Keen to work towards MRICS Chartership.
Strong communication skills and a desire to develop into a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor.
