I’m working with an established and growing specialist consultancy that is looking to appoint a Building Regulations Director to lead and grow its BRPD / Building Regulations service. This role offers the opportunity to join the Board, take ownership of the Building Regulations service, and shape how this part of the business develops.
The Role:
- Leading and developing the BRPD / Building Regulations service
- Growing existing client relationships and winning new business
- Providing senior technical leadership across Building Regs and Building Safety
- Building and developing the team as the service grows
- Working closely with the existing Board and wider leadership team
- Helping shape the wider strategy and direction of the business
The company are looking for an experienced Building Regulations / BRPD professional who is commercially minded, confident with clients, and ready to have a genuine influence on a business. You could already be a Director / Associate Director / Head of Building Regulations, or you may be at the point in your career where you’re ready to take that next step.
