I'm currently working with a highly regarded consultancy looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor into their growing Leeds team.
The Building Surveyor role:
- 50% Professional Services / 50% Project & Contract Administration
- Private sector client base only
- Work with major clients including British Land, Howarth and large pension fund portfolios
- Exposure to projects ranging from minor works through to £20m schemes
- Building surveyors are actively encouraged to get involved in larger projects to broaden their experience and accelerate career development
- Genuine variety across professional services, contract administration and project management
Performance-Related Bonus Structure:
- Bonus structure agreed upon joining
- Typically 15-20% of fees billed above an agreed threshold (usually around 2.5x salary)
