This is an opportunity to work for a respected multidisciplinary property consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Building Surveying services across the residential, commercial, and education sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Bristol office. This is a key role offering involvement in a wide variety of projects, with some additional responsibility for CDM Principal Designer duties.

  • Lead and manage refurbishment, maintenance, and new-build projects from inception to completion
  • Undertake building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition assessments
  • Provide professional advice on dilapidations, party wall matters, boundary disputes, and insurance claims
  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations and technical standards
  • Oversee site works and liaise closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality written reports and client advice

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

  • Proven experience across both professional and project-based building surveying
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, defects, and contract administration
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
