A hugely ambitious boutique commercial property consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its growing London team. Built upon Building Surveyors who have come out of leading global commercial property consultancies, the business has established itself as a serious player in the London Building Surveying market - winning instructions on some of the capital's most prestigious projects and advising a client portfolio that includes some of the UK's most active funds and property companies.
If you're newly qualified or within your first year post-APC and looking for an environment that will accelerate your development, reward your performance and give you genuine exposure to high-quality, complex projects - this is worth exploring.
The Role
- Technical Due Diligence on transactions across Europe
- Complex and high-level Dilapidations negotiations
- Project Delivery & Refurbishment (project values up to £7m)
- Contract Administration
- Building Surveys
- Specification Writing
You will work alongside an experienced team of Building Surveyors on instructions for some of London's most recognised landlords, funds and developers.
The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor
- MRICS (Building Surveying pathway) - newly qualified to 12 months PQE
- Experience delivering commercial building surveying services, ideally gained within a professional services environment
- Ambitious, client-focused and keen to develop within a high-performing team
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

- £60,000 - £65,000 salary
