This is an opportunity to work as a lead Project Manager for one of London's fastest growing Project Manager teams. Their main line of work for their Project Managers is refurb and regeneration works across high-end office, residential and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple cut & carve refurbishment projects from RIBA Stage 1–6.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the principal point of contact.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders across complex programmes.
  • Oversee planning, risk management, procurement, and contract administration (typically JCT or similar).
  • Provide strategic input on feasibility, value engineering, and delivery phasing.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to business development activity.
