They’re now seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own and scale inbound, nurture, and pipeline generation across complex enterprise sales cycles.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of revenue growth, ideal for someone who knows how to build demand properly, not just generate leads that go nowhere.
Key Responsibilities- Own and scale demand generation across inbound, nurture and pipeline creation
- Define what high-quality demand looks like across personas, segments and target accounts
- Drive funnel progression from first touch through to sales-qualified opportunity
- Use ABM, automation and data to improve demand quality and conversion
- Partner closely with Sales on follow-up, prioritisation, routing and feedback loops
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Content to strengthen conversion paths
- Improve automation, scoring and reporting in partnership with Marketing Ops
- Support events strategically as pipeline and progression levers, not just one-off activity
- 5+ years’ experience in demand generation, ideally in cybersecurity or a highly technical B2B environment
- Strong understanding of security buyers, including CISOs, SecOps, AppSec and IT audiences
- Experience owning pipeline targets and marketing’s contribution to revenue
- Solid grasp of enterprise sales cycles, including long, multi-stakeholder buying journeys
- Hands-on experience with inbound, outbound, nurture, retargeting and ABM
- Strong marketing automation capability, with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom or similar
- Data-driven mindset, with confidence measuring campaign performance and ROI
- Startup or scale-up experience, with the ability to build structure and move fast
