I’m currently partnered with a hugely exciting Series B FinTech company that is scaling rapidly across the UK and internationally following significant investment and continued commercial success. This is an opportunity to join an intelligent, collaborative and genuinely non-ego sales environment where people are trusted to take ownership, move quickly and make a real impact. The business is already working with major global brands and is transforming the way finance teams operate through innovative AI-driven technology. They’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their growing commercial team, focused on Mid-Market or Small Enterprise customers. Importantly, this is not an environment for overly aggressive, “hard sell” sales profiles. They’re specifically looking for thoughtful, consultative and commercially intelligent individuals who build trust, understand customer challenges and create long-term value.

The Role

  • Own and drive new business opportunities from discovery through to close
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects across multiple stages of the sales cycle
  • Work consultatively with finance stakeholders to understand operational pain points and business transformation goals
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and partners
  • Accurately forecast and manage sales activity using a structured sales methodology
  • Attend customer meetings, networking events and industry conferences

What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience closing SaaS deals
  • Experience managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong consultative sales approach
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar methodologies
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and consistently hit quota
  • Experience selling into finance teams or the CFO office is highly advantageous

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive base salary from £60k-£80k + double uncapped commission (100% OTE)
  • Hybrid working in London
  • Private medical and dental cover
  • Strong learning
