Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role blends creative marketing expertise with operational excellence, helping Altura Partners deliver a consistent, professional brand presence while supporting the firm’s global practices.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Content & Brand Management: Maintain and enhance content on the company website, ensuring all materials are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts (job adverts, thought leadership, market insights).
- Design engaging graphics with a sharp eye for detail to ensure documents and visuals are flawlessly presented.
- Market Research: Investigate trends and insights across Altura’s specialist practices to produce compelling thought leadership and sector-specific content.
- Multimedia Production: Edit and repurpose video and photo content for marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels.
- Collateral Development: Build professional candidate packs, proposals, and marketing collateral with precision and attention to detail.
- Email Marketing: Plan and deliver targeted campaigns to clients and candidates.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build and execute ABM campaigns tailored to Altura’s specialist practices (e.g., Cybersecurity, FinTech, RetailTech, Industry 4.0), engaging specific accounts with customised messaging.
- Internal Communications: Manage and update the company intranet.
Administrative & Operational Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Coordinate internal and client-facing events.
- Travel Coordination: Organise travel arrangements for team members.
- Onboarding Support: Manage admin tasks for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Reporting: Compile marketing and operational performance reports.
- General Administration: Provide ad hoc support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing, operations, or a similar hybrid role.
- Strong design skills with a meticulous eye for detail — able to ensure every document, graphic, and campaign is executed flawlessly.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Canva/Adobe Suite, email marketing tools).
- Experience building and running Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Video and photo editing capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
