I'm partnering with a fast growing AI-powered SaaS business that works with some of the world's largest enterprises. They're looking for a Senior Partner Manager to own a significant and expanding book of business across their BPO partner channel. This is a genuinely exciting commercial role; the successful candidate will be building a function from the ground up, managing a portfolio of 40+ enterprise accounts through large partners. Whilst also scaling a small team to support you.
My client's BPO partnerships represent a substantial share of their customer base. These are complex, high value relationships where partners run operations on behalf of end clients, creating a dual stakeholder dynamic that requires both commercial sharpness and strong relationship management. You'll own renewals, retention, and expansion across the portfolio end-to-end. There's real white space here: many accounts are on a single module where two or three are relevant, making this a genuine growth opportunity, not just a retention play.
What you'll be doing:
- Own NRR, renewal, and expansion targets across 40+ enterprise accounts
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a broad module set
- Lead commercial negotiations on renewals and expansions
- Build relationships with both partner teams (day-to-day users) and end clients (buyers)
- Navigate MSP-style account dynamics with strong judgement
- Develop account plans, build portfolio segmentation, and monitor health and churn risk
- Build the operational processes and playbooks for a function that doesn't fully exist yet
- Manage and develop one direct report, with a clear path to grow the team
What my client is looking for:
- 6β10 years in account management or customer success within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven track record hitting commercial targets on a large book of business
- Experience managing complex accounts where the buyer and the user are different organisations
- Exposure to BPO or partner-managed customer relationships is a strong plus
- Comfortable owning pricing and commercial conversations
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Experience building processes or frameworks in an early-stage function
- Based in London, with flexibility to travel
What's on offer:
- Hybrid working (2 days/week in a central London office)
- 27 days holiday + Christmas closure, with tenure increases and buy/sell options
- Private medical & dental cover
- Enhanced parental leave
If this sounds like the right next step, feel free to apply or reach out directly for a confidential conversation.
