Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, email, display, and social.
• Own multi‑channel paid media campaigns – including LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and Google Ads – from ideation to delivery and optimisation.
• Conduct audience research and creative testing to improve inbound demand generation.
• Optimise landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Manage and pace budgets effectively across paid channels.
• Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure full funnel alignment.
• Build relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Stay ahead of performance marketing trends to continuously evolve the strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in growth/performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience in early‑stage/start‑up environments (Seed/Series A highly beneficial).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, plus any additional platforms (YouTube, Bing, Reddit, Capterra, etc.).
• Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and other growth tools.
• Data‑driven mindset with a proven track record of delivering ROI‑focused results.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field.
