We’re recruiting for a German speaker to join a fast-growing sales team in London as a Business Development Representative. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance in the office 3 days per week and is perfect for someone looking to accelerate a career in tech sales.

As a core member of the sales engine, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth for an industry leading SaaS solution by engaging prospective customers across German speaking markets.

The Company: This tech brand is growing massively and now on their next stage of growth. With already 50+ customers won in the DACH region, along with the largest ever sale globally. Operating across Mid-Market and Enterprise they are looking to expand the team with a dedicated hire to focus on DACH.

Industry: Fintech - working within the office of finance, selling a SaaS solution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and build pipeline through multichannel outbound outreach (phone, email, social).
  • Qualify leads and generate interest with key finance and accounting decision-makers.
  • Book qualified and value add meetings for senior sales colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in our CRM and support aligned sales processes.
  • Contribute to team targets with energy, enthusiasm and a competitive mindset.

Career Progression: Thanks to a recent and successful business restructure, there have been multiple internal promotions in the last 6 months. SDRs have progressed into: Account Executive (AE), Customer Success, Solutions Consulting. This is not just an entry role, it’s a launchpad into a long-term career within a growing organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • German speaker (essential) with excellent English communication.
  • Strong communicator with a consultative approach.
  • Motivated, coachable and driven by results.
  • Previous customer-facing or sales experience is a bonus, though not essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
