Following a successful year, and huge growth plans, we are seeking multiple Regional Sales Managers for our client, a fast growing cyber security scale up vendor in the attack surface management and threat intelligence space. The RSM will be responsible for driving the growth of net new customer acquisition and expansion of the company’s existing customer base throughout an assigned regional territory.
This role will be heavily net new logo focused, so requires a true hunter with a proven track record of success with over-quota attainment and a well tenured background. This is a critical business development role characterised by high activity levels, active partner engagement, and effective negotiation and closing skills in a complex technology sales environment.
The RSM will have an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to work on lead generation, new meetings, and initial product demonstrations for prospects and partners. The position of an RSM is characterised by a demonstrable record of over-plan sales achievement, strategic account selling, high activity levels, strong knowledge of the organisation's products and services, and a firm understanding of the competitive environment.
A minimum of 7 years of technology sales experience within cybersecurity is required. Experience selling attack surface management, vulnerability management or threat intelligence solutions would be a bonus, but is not essential. Proven experience of effectively building a region for an emerging market software company is also necessary.
Compensation range: £250k OTE + stock.
