Company Overview: My client’s business designs and manufactures POS and KIOSK equipment. They focus on integrating design, colour, and ergonomics into their hardware solutions to enhance brand identity and customer experience. This approach moves beyond just advanced technology, offering customisable options for retailers. The Role: We seek an experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic UK Sales team, selling POS hardware and expanding into self-service kiosks and proprietary software. This senior role involves managing high-value accounts, fostering relationships with existing clients, and generating new business. Duties & Responsibilities: Drive hardware revenue through strategic partnerships and end users. Maintain and develop key relationships with important partners, both in the UK and internationally. Liaise with decision-makers in large corporations, negotiate contracts, and manage complex discussions. Recruit new partners in emerging market segments. Collaborate with the Sales team to close opportunities. Build cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Technical, and Marketing teams. Provide feedback from the field to internal teams. Represent the company at exhibitions and expos. Knowledge, Experience & Skills: Expertise in the Kiosk Experience working with end users and channel partners. Proficient in sales and business development. Strong analytical and commercial information interpretation skills. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Competent in producing accurate quotes and influencing others. Self-motivated, quick learner with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary environments. Professional, customer-focused, adaptable, and committed. Full clean driving license.
