We’re hiring: Join a fast-growing logistics provider specialising in the Ocean Inbound Asia → UK trade lane. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused sales role where you’ll build your own pipeline, close new business, and earn exceptional commission in a fast-paced market.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and secure new clients across the Ocean Inbound Asia → UK route.
- Run high-volume outbound activity (cold calls, outreach sequences, follow-ups).
- Build and manage a strong, self-generated pipeline.
- Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Deliver confident presentations and position solutions effectively.
- Stay informed on ocean freight trends, rate movements, and emerging opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- A driven, proactive hunter with proven new business experience.
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Confident working independently in a high-activity, high-performance role.
- Solid understanding of freight / logistics (preferably ocean freight).
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by targets and earning potential.
Essential Requirements:
- Existing book of business focused on Ocean Inbound Asia (China → UK).
- Commission statements to validate revenue.
- 1–6 month and 6–12 month business plan.
- Ability to provide a short intro video when requested.
Additional Experience That Would Be Beneficial:
- Experience with India, Pakistan, or Turkey → UK trade lanes.
- Exposure to export markets.
- Understanding of airfreight operations.
Package & Working Style:
