Job Title: Bridging Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ PQE)

Location: Manchester (Central) — Hybrid working

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000.

Our client places a strong emphasis on bridging and property conveyancing, working with a network of lenders, brokers, developers, and high-net-worth individuals. Their culture is dynamic, growth-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong appetite for expanding their bridging division.

Role Overview :

Handle an active and technically demanding bridging finance caseload, including residential and commercial bridging transactions.

Advise on loan documentation, security arrangements, and risk matters.

Perform legal due diligence, title searches, and land registry investigation.

Negotiate, draft, and review loan agreements, security deeds, and supporting documentation.

Work in close liaison with lenders, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless service.

Mitigate risk by providing in-depth property finance advice, including AML and regulatory compliance.
