We are working with a growing and ambitious brokerage in Cheshire that is now expanding their team with a Commercial Finance Broker. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a target-driven environment, and has a keen interest in business finance.
Whether it’s funding for property development, business expansion, asset purchase or refinancing — you’ll be matching clients with the best solutions from a panel of lenders and helping them grow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound commercial finance enquiries
- Understanding the needs of SMEs, property investors, and business owners
- Sourcing suitable commercial funding solutions (bridging, development, asset finance, etc.)
- Building strong relationships with both clients and lenders
- Managing applications from initial enquiry through to completion
- Keeping CRM systems up to date and compliant
