We're hiring a Commercial Loan / Finance Broker.
Location: Cheshire (Hybrid considered for the right candidate)
£40,000 OTE + uncapped bonus
We're working with a growing and ambitious brokerage in Cheshire that's now expanding their team with a Commercial Finance Broker. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a target-driven environment, and has a keen interest in business finance.
Whether it's funding for property development, business expansion, asset purchase or refinancing — you’ll be matching clients with the best solutions from a panel of lenders and helping them grow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound commercial finance enquiries
- Understanding the needs of SMEs, property investors, and business owners
- Sourcing suitable commercial funding solutions (bridging, development, asset finance, etc.)
- Building strong relationships with both clients and lenders
- Managing applications from initial enquiry through to completion
- Keeping CRM systems up to date and compliant
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a sales, finance or mortgage-related role
- A confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and develop commercial finance knowledge
