This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to oversee a high-value client mandate, lead junior team members, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a varied client portfolio, ensuring consistently high standards of service and administration.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for directors, clients, and internal stakeholders on portfolio matters.
  • Lead and support complex transactions, onboarding activity, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Review documentation, statutory filings, and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate meetings, oversee action points, and ensure timely follow-through across the portfolio.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external advisers across jurisdictions.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members, supporting performance and career growth.
  • Monitor workload, time recording, WIP, and billing activity to support commercial performance.
  • Contribute to divisional goals by supporting operational improvements and broader business priorities.
  • Operate as part of Altum’s first line of defence by identifying and escalating any unusual or suspicious activity.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in financial services, corporate administration, or a related client servicing environment.
  • Confident understanding of corporate governance, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations in Jersey.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident and professional approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Relevant professional qualification.
