Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a varied client portfolio, ensuring consistently high standards of service and administration.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for directors, clients, and internal stakeholders on portfolio matters.
- Lead and support complex transactions, onboarding activity, and corporate governance requirements.
- Review documentation, statutory filings, and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate meetings, oversee action points, and ensure timely follow-through across the portfolio.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external advisers across jurisdictions.
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members, supporting performance and career growth.
- Monitor workload, time recording, WIP, and billing activity to support commercial performance.
- Contribute to divisional goals by supporting operational improvements and broader business priorities.
- Operate as part of Altum’s first line of defence by identifying and escalating any unusual or suspicious activity.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in financial services, corporate administration, or a related client servicing environment.
- Confident understanding of corporate governance, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations in Jersey.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident and professional approach.
