Altum Consulting, part of the Altum Group, are looking to expand their team in London and are recruiting a Talent Researcher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business. We are a boutique recruitment business focusing on placing qualified finance professionals and Change and Transformation specialists into Consumer, Media & Entertainment, Technology, Charity/NFP and Property. Our central London office is ideally placed for easy access to commuter lines, client offices and venues for team social events.
Role Requirements
We are looking for a Researcher within our Change & Transformation practice. You will play an essential part in ensuring a high quality of service for our candidates and clients. The focus is supporting senior consultants in building and managing the target candidate pool and data and delivering on our clients’ resourcing campaigns.
We are seeking a proactive, engaging and professional self-starter who excels in building relationships, has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will support the senior consultants on development of target candidate pipelines and relationships, management of candidates within targeted campaigns and conducting insightful screening interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Assessment & Interview
- Targeted searches: review applications or headhunt suitable candidates; conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing capabilities, cultural fit, and strategic alignment to ensure they are a fit for our clients\\\’ needs; present shortlists with summaries, booking interviews with senior consultants when selected to progress; build future candidate pipelines against target roles and clients
- Candidate Relationship
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with candidates by delivering exceptional service
- Maintain regular contact to identify current and future activity and client/market insights
- Project Management
- Support the resourcing process from candidate identification to placement, focusing on delivering results
- Format and upload CVs to client portals, draft candidate profile summaries, book interviews with senior consultants
- Coordinate multiple projects with timely delivery
- System Management & Market Insights
- Update and maintain accurate candidate and client data in the CRM; monitor LinkedIn for profile changes and market news to generate insights for data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with team to foster a positive, engaging workplace culture
