We\’re currently working with a large health research charity to recruit an experience Reward Lead to head up the organisation\’s reward function. Reporting to the Director of HR Partnering & Operations and managing one Reward Specialist, this role will be responsible for providing a strategic approach to reward and benefits, ensuring the organisation are competitive within their market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the reward strategy and responsibility of ensuring the necessary policies, structures, frameworks and governance is in place
- Lead on the annual salary review and other reward-related events and practices – audits, pay gap data, out of cycle pay reviews
- Provide evidence-based advice and guidance to leaders and HR colleagues across the organisation
- Represent the the reward function at board and trustee forums
Experience Required:
- Experience having led a reward function / team
- Excellent senior stakeholder and communication skills, having working with Board/Director level stakeholders
- Experience building and implementing reward strategies that are competitive and align to broader business objectives
- Team / line management experience
