Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading global Media organisation to find an experienced PMO Manager to join their high-performing team on a 7–8 month contract. This is a unique opportunity to work in a PMO role, driving key finance transformation initiatives, ensuring project governance, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across a dynamic and complex global environment.
Role Overview
This is a 7 to 8-month temporary role. The Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting various projects within the Global Finance Operations (GFO) team.
Key Responsibilities – Program Planning and Governance
- Take over existing projects from the current manager and ensure smooth continuation and delivery of expected outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Global Finance teams, third-party service providers, IT, and key stakeholders across business units to ensure timely execution of project and workstream plans.
- Ensure comprehensive project tracking and support to business units.
- Identify and report risks and issues proactively, and drive the development and implementation of mitigation and action plans.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Finance Transformation and Business Change initiatives
- Strong background in Controllership and Operational Finance
- Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Sector-specific experience (Media & Entertainment) is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated expertise in program/project management
- A seasoned project manager capable of leading and delivering cross-functional projects within set timelines
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and effective under pressure
