We are supporting a leading Not-for-Profit Life Sciences organisation that is driving change and supporting promising initiatives in global health. They are looking for a PMO Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role based in London, supporting a large-scale, multi-year capital projects programme.
The Opportunity:
- We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to provide essential support to projects and programmes, ensuring robust governance, reporting, risk management, and audit readiness.
- This role will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements while enabling efficient decision-making and coordination across programme workstreams.
- The PMO Analyst will work closely with programme leadership, workstream leads, and external stakeholders to enhance programme oversight, improve data integrity, effective record keeping, and facilitate the successful delivery of defined objectives.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong PMO background in capital, infrastructure, or transformation programmes.
- Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
- Skilled in programme governance, compliance, reporting, and planning.
- Financially aware - able to support cost tracking, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills (including C-suite).
- Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMO/project qualification (e.g. P3O, APM PMQ) desirable.
