Altum Consulting are partnering with a distinctive and established British business that is expanding its successful People and Organisation Consulting practice.
Headquartered in London, with offices across the UK, our client is globally recognised and uniquely positioned in the market. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about how organisations work and how people drive performance and change, whether you come from consulting, internal transformation, or another related background.
You\’ll work across a range of projects that help clients shape their organisations for the future, covering areas such as Operating Model, Organisation Design & Governance, Culture, Transformation & Change, and Talent & Capability. You\’ll be part of a collaborative team, developing your expertise and contributing to meaningful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of transformation and organisation design projects from planning through to implementation.
- Work with clients to understand challenges, gather insights, and co-create practical, evidence-based solutions.
- Contribute to project planning, research, analysis, and report writing.
- Help facilitate workshops and discussions that support culture and change initiatives.
- Analyse data and feedback to draw out trends and insights that inform recommendations.
- Contribute ideas to business development activities, proposals, and presentations.
- Support the ongoing development of tools, frameworks, and materials used across the People & Organisation practice.
About You
- Curious about how organisations operate and motivated to improve how people and teams work together.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, project-based environments where priorities may evolve.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Collaborative and open-minded, able to work well with colleagues and clients from a range of disciplines.

- Able to combine a structured approach with creativity when solving problems.
Education and Experience
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline such as business, psychology, organisational studies, operations, or similar.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: organisational design, transformation, operations, culture change, or people development.
