Altum are supporting a large research charity to recruit an interim People Analytics Insights Manager to join them until the end of October. Providing BAU support and reporting to the Head of HR Operations, key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify key insights, metrics, trends and analysis
  • Building data sets and dashboards that will measure success of a newly launched 3 year strategy
  • Deliver data visualisations that make complex information easy to understand, delivering clear and concise narratives for leadership audiences
  • Lead a team of two Analysts acting as point of contact for technical queries, distributing work/tasks, and ensuring a smooth-running function

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience building people analytics dashboards, reports and data visualisations
  • Excellent experience with both MS Office Suite and Power BI
  • Experience with Workday is also desirable
  • Strong communication across multiple mediums, and previous experience creating dashboards/reports that have been used at board level
