A leading UK Construction business is looking to appoint a P2P Business Partner to support its growing shared services finance function. The role offers hybrid working from their Leicestershire office and requires travel to regional divisions. You'll act as the key point of contact between the P2P Shared Service Centre and operational business units, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous process improvement. This role requires demonstrable experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders in a changing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring P2P performance, KPIs, and service levels
- Supporting compliance with purchasing policies and controls
- Resolving escalated supplier and invoice queries
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Supporting users with P2P systems, processes, and best practice
The successful candidate will have strong end-to-end Purchase to Pay knowledge, experience within a Shared Services or centralised finance environment, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
