Altum Consulting are partnering with a distinctive and established British business who is looking to expand their successful People and Organisation consulting practice. The consultant can be based in Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh or Newcastle and is focused on applying in-depth knowledge and specialist skills in the delivery of a range of client projects across some or all of the following technical areas:
- Operating Model
- Organisation Design & Governance
- Culture
- Transformation & Change
- Leadership
- Talent & Capability
Expert capability in operating model/org design, leadership development, culture change and the people side of digital transformation.
Reviews, analyses and reports on client's organisational behaviour and cultural landscape.
Contributes to the development of methodologies, tools, thought leadership papers and the People & Organisation community of practice and Operations Consulting skills network.
Bring a passion and evidenced capability to develop and present business proposals to clients and grow and develop long-term commercial client relationships for the organisation.
Ability to build trusted client relationships fast and at all levels, representing the consulting company with gravitas and capability.
Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.
Typically, a first degree and/or extensive experience in people and change consulting and/or a Master's degree in the behavioural or management sciences field, e.g. occupational psychology, organisational behaviour, organisational design, MBA.
Typically, 5+ years of experience in a consulting or in-house environment.
Manufacturing, Rail, Highways, Energy, Aviation and/or Water.
