This is a hands-on second line of defence role, supporting the build and design of a SOX-compliant control environment in a business where financial processes and controls are still being developed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SOX controls across technical accounting and financial reporting areas
- Work closely with finance teams to build processes alongside controls in a developing environment
- Support the design of controls across:
- Consolidations and group reporting
- Intercompany and eliminations
- Joint ventures and complex accounting areas
- Holding company accounting
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
