We're partnering with a rapidly growing international technology business undergoing significant global expansion to recruit an ambitious Senior Group Reporting Manager. The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Group Reporting Manager to lead and enhance the group consolidation process across a complex international structure. Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will play a key part in building scalable consolidation processes, improving reporting capability, and supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process
  • Develop scalable consolidation frameworks across multiple entities and jurisdictions
  • Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation adjustments
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of consolidation systems and reporting tools
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packs for leadership and external stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger financial controls
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing consolidations team as the function scales
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT teams to support accurate and efficient reporting
  • Support external audits and maintain robust consolidation documentation

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in financial consolidations, group accounting, or finance operations
  • Strong technical consolidation accounting knowledge within multi-entity environments
  • Experience with consolidation platforms such as OneStream, Hyperion, Workiva, or similar
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability; SQL experience beneficial
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
