We're partnering with a rapidly growing international technology business undergoing significant global expansion to recruit an ambitious Senior Group Reporting Manager. The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Group Reporting Manager to lead and enhance the group consolidation process across a complex international structure. Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will play a key part in building scalable consolidation processes, improving reporting capability, and supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process
- Develop scalable consolidation frameworks across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation adjustments
- Support the implementation and optimisation of consolidation systems and reporting tools
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packs for leadership and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger financial controls
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing consolidations team as the function scales
- Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT teams to support accurate and efficient reporting
- Support external audits and maintain robust consolidation documentation
About You
- 5+ years' experience in financial consolidations, group accounting, or finance operations
- Strong technical consolidation accounting knowledge within multi-entity environments
- Experience with consolidation platforms such as OneStream, Hyperion, Workiva, or similar
- Strong understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability; SQL experience beneficial
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
