About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Communications Manager to join a growing, ambitious mid-sized organisation during an exciting period of development and change. This is a high-profile role working closely with senior leaders and shaping critical change and employee communications across the business. Responsibilities
- Internal Communications (Primary Focus)
- Work with C-Suite to lead and deliver strategic internal communications across multiple transformation workstreams affecting employees.
- Keep employees informed, aligned, and motivated through ongoing organisational change.
- Translate complex, operational, or regulatory information into clear, engaging, plain-English communications.
- Work closely with senior leaders to shape, strengthen, and deliver key messaging.
- Provide expert advisory support, challenge, and guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Produce clear, accessible content for customers, clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with external communications, branding, or public affairs agencies as required.
- Support messaging and engagement with a range of external stakeholders.
Experience
- Strong experience in internal communications within a complex, fast-paced, or regulated environment.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leadership teams.
- Skilled in supporting communications during periods of transformation or change.
- Experience simplifying technical or detailed information for broad audiences.
- Comfortable working with external PR/comms agencies.
