Altum Consulting are partnering with a global organisation undergoing continued evolution of its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) capabilities across a complex corporate services environment. This role will play a key part in shaping and improving enterprise-wide GRC processes and supporting the optimisation of the organisation's GRC technology landscape.
The successful individual will act as a specialist-level Business Analyst / Technical Analyst, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to solve operational challenges, improve processes, and support the design and configuration of future-state solutions. The role requires someone comfortable operating autonomously within a global, cross-functional environment.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with LogicGate, including implementation, configuration, and process optimisation within enterprise GRC environments. Core process areas include Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Controls Management, Policy Governance, Entity Management, and Internal Audit processes.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable bridging business and technical teams, with strong process mapping, requirements gathering, workflow configuration, and systems analysis capability. Experience working with distributed teams and third-party vendors is also important.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, service management tooling, collaboration platforms, and workflow management solutions would also be highly beneficial.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders across Compliance, Audit, Legal, and Governance functions to gather and validate requirements.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes to support scalable operational improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and LogicGate configurations/workflows.
- Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), during platform enhancements and implementation phases.
- Maintain process documentation, workflows, and change records across project and collaboration tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on controls, efficiency, governance, and data quality.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with LogicGate, including platform configuration and implementation support.
- Experience working within enterprise GRC environments.
- Practical understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and governance processes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation capability.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence within delivery environments.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and operating across multiple workstreams.
- Prior experience working with globally distributed teams and third-party vendors preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
