We have been engaged by our small charity sector client to find an organisation design specialist to help them create a more effective organisation. The scope of work has been defined to include an as-is assessment and new operating model options.
You will provide 30 days' support across 10-12 weeks (ie 2-3 days per week) at £800pd outside IR35, mainly remotely. Start date: Start of June.
You must bring excellent organisation design capability, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the ability to slot into a warm, informal working culture.
