Altum Consulting are partnering with a well-established construction business based in West London to appoint an Interim Group Reporting Manager. This role will play a critical part in overseeing group reporting, managing the external audit process, and delivering high-quality financial information to senior stakeholders and the Board.The successful candidate will bring strong technical reporting and consolidation experience and be comfortable operating in a handsâon environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the group monthâend close and consolidation processPrepare group management accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely deliveryOwn the external audit process, acting as the key point of contact for auditors and coordinating information across the groupPrepare Board packs, including clear financial commentary and analysis for senior leadershipEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controlsReview and improve group reporting processes and controls where appropriateWork closely with finance teams across group entities to ensure consistent reportingCandidate Requirements Proven experience in a Group Reporting / Consolidations roleStrong technical accounting and reporting backgroundDemonstrable experience managing audits and dealing with external auditorsExperience preparing Boardâlevel reporting and packsHandsâon, deliveryâfocused approach with strong attention to detailConfident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholdersAvailable for an immediate startWilling to work 4 days per week onâsite in West LondonFor further information on this new role please contact Jen McMurray on the attached details.
