We're partnering with a fast-growing, multi-entity, high-end consumer business to hire a Group Finance Manager to work closely with the Group Finance Director and take ownership of group reporting, consolidation and controls. This is a high-impact role for a technically strong accountant who enjoys combining rigorous group accounting with commercial insight and leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading monthly group management accounts with board-level commentary
- Owning group consolidation, intercompany and IFRS 16
- Managing the year-end audit and statutory accounts
- Driving forecasting, budgeting and KPI reporting
- Partnering with Head Office teams on costs and budgets
- Managing and developing a small, capable finance team
- Improving processes, controls and reporting systems
What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong group accounting and balance sheet control experience
- Background in retail, e-commerce or multi-channel environments
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI / Power Query a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business
