We are seeking an experienced Bid Finance Business Partner for a well-being focused national charity to provide immediate support across a busy and fast-paced bids environment. • Develop and model bid financials in partnership with the Commercial/Bids team
  • Support the creation of robust pricing models, assumptions, margins, and commercial proposals
  • Translate financial concepts into clear, accessible language for non-financial stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on commercial finance support throughout the bid development lifecycle
  • Work across multiple concurrent tenders and manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Support Ruth and the wider Business Development team during a particularly busy period of upcoming submissions

Requirements

  • Strong commercial finance and/or bid finance experience
  • Proven experience supporting bids, tenders, or commercial proposals
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable partnering closely with non-finance teams
  • Able to work at pace in a deadline-driven environment
  • Highly collaborative and proactive approach
