Commercial Finance Director for a global market-leading business operating at the intersection of technology, media, live events and entertainment. This is a newly created role with significant visibility and influence, partnering directly with divisional leadership and group finance to drive performance, support strategic decision-making and build a best-in-class commercial finance capability.
This role will act as the trusted commercial finance partner to a major global division, providing insight, challenge and strategic support across performance management, forecasting, pricing, investment decisions and growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the consolidated commercial view of divisional performance globally
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
- Developing financial models, business cases and investment appraisals
- Supporting major commercial bids and pricing decisions
- Building KPI frameworks and performance reporting
- Driving insight around profitability, utilisation and operational performance
- Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Acting as the key interface between divisional and group finance teams
- Supporting transformation, data and reporting improvement initiatives
