We're looking for a hands-on Change Consultant to support the next wave of a global Travel & Expenses technology rollout across North America, LatAm and Brazil. The first North America wave has gone live successfully, with excellent feedback on change and comms. The next phase needs someone who can pick up proven materials, work with local teams, manage adoption risk and keep momentum through go-live.
You'll be supporting localisation workshops, completing change impact and gap analysis, managing local resistance, coordinating champion networks, and running post-go-live drop-ins. You'll also work closely with local SMEs, EAs and champion networks.
We're looking for someone with:
- Change experience on enterprise system rollouts - T&E, finance tech, ERP
- Strong CIA, stakeholder assessment and adoption delivery skills
- Experience working across global templates and local market fit
- Confidence with senior stakeholders and executive assistants
- Some flexibility to work with North America / LatAm time zones
- Basic Spanish or Portuguese would be useful but isn't essential.
