Altum Consulting are working with an exciting retail business to recruit an Accounts Receivables Assistant. This role will be based in Central London and will offer hybrid working.

Accounts Receivable Assistant role:

  • Processing invoices for multiple entities
  • Processing payments and refunds
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Aged debtor reporting
  • Assisting with month end activities and management accounts
  • Confidently liaising with stakeholders
  • Dealing with queries
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks

For this Accounts Receivable Assistant role you'll be/have:

  • Experience in an Accounts Receivables focused role
  • Experience with a high volume of invoices for multiple entities
  • Experience in retail/hospitality (or a similar fast-paced, multi-entity business)
  • Experience with ERP systems and Excel (confident with V-Lookups and pivot tables)
