Interim HR Business Partner - 6-month contract
Location: London, hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Circa £500 a day
Start: ASAP
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a growing, internationally operating business through a busy period of change. You'll join a lean HR team and take ownership of a mix of UK-focused projects and day-to-day priorities.
The role
- Deliver HR projects including performance appraisal processes, management reporting and dashboards.
- Support UK compliance work and where needed, restructuring programmes.
- Gather and analyse people data, working directly with stakeholders across the business.
- Work alongside the existing HR team, taking projects from agreed plans through to delivery.
About you
- A well-rounded HR generalist with solid UK employment and compliance experience.
- Confident handling data, producing clear reporting and managing detailed processes.
- Comfortable working independently, building relationships, and delivering with limited oversight.
- Adaptable and pragmatic in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys project delivery as well as partnering with stakeholders.
