Head of Reward | £110,000 - £120,000 | 12 month FTC / Permanent | Hybrid working (London) Altum are currently conducting a confidential search for an experienced Head of Reward, for a PE-backed client in the property sector.
Joining a newly appointed CPO, this position will play a key role in harmonising existing terms conditions and various benefits, while also building a comprehensive strategy from the ground up.
The organisation are currently going through significant change, in particular with regards to HR systems and targeting operating models.
Experience working within changing environments and systemising reward via new platforms will be essential.
