Overview

This is a transformation & change role focused on empowering businesses with top talent for successful transformation initiatives. It targets a Finance Systems professional with hands-on expertise in SAP HANA, SAC and DataSphere to modernise legacy systems and deliver high-impact solutions for enhanced analytics, reporting, and automation across Finance. You will support key financial systems, optimise data architecture, guide finance users, and liaise between finance and IT development teams with a strong emphasis on data governance, process improvement, and system transformation aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support for SAP Finance modules and related systems including SAC, BW, and DataSphere.
  • Lead data model development, dashboard creation, and predictive analytics use cases in SAC.
  • Migrate and modernise legacy SAP BW data flows into DataSphere.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT to scope, document, and deliver system enhancements.
  • Administer system access and support governance across SAP platforms.
  • Perform first-line testing and support during monthly financial close.
  • Drive insights through dashboards, advanced data modelling, and analytics tools.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on data integration, reconciliations, reporting, and workflow monitoring.
  • Contribute to business case development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP HANA, SAC, BW, DataSphere implementation.
  • Skilled in SAC dashboarding, data modelling, and user stories.
  • Strong grasp of finance processes (e.g. P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R).
  • Process mapping skills (e.g., Microsoft Visio, SAP LeanIX, Orbus iServer).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical detail with business objectives.
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is desirable.
