Altum Consulting is partnering with UK's leading charity for older people to look for a Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Financial Analysis: Develop financial modelling and deliver high-level insights to support business decisions across the organisation.
- Reporting: Produce regular management reports, including ROI analysis, provision calculations, cost reviews, and forecast modelling.
- Budgeting: Support preparation of budgets and forecasts, build financial models, analyse cost trends, and assist with system budget uploads.
- Financial Projects: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.
What You’ll Bring (Must Haves)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in business finance or a similar role.

Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong financial modelling skills and experience building detailed models in Power BI.

High fluency in Excel formulas and functions.

Excellent analytical thinking and data interpretation ability.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident communicator able to build relationships and present insights.

A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability and willingness to learn new IT systems.
