ER Specialist | Circa £250 per day (DOE) | Temp to March 2025 | 1 day per month from London office
Altum are supporting the UK's largest health research charity to recruit an experienced ER Specialist to join them on a temporary basis until the end of March 2025.
You'll be joining their ER team of 5 and reporting into an ER Manager, supporting the team to work through a high volume of various ER cases.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of a high volume of complex ER cases (circa 55) including protected characteristics, sexual harassment, discrimination, investigating senior leaders etc
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior team members across the organisation on case resolution
- Thoroughly record and maintain case information on HR system
Being an experience ER professional, you will be able to hit the ground running and have demonstrable experience in:
- Managing a high volume of complex cases
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, being able to identify when to further escalate cases
- Have excellent senior stakeholder management, having collaborated with Heads of and above, as well as experience investigating senior leaders
- Have experience with HR systems (Workday, PeopleHR, BambooHR etc)
You will be able to work on a super hybrid/flexible basis, with only 1 day per month in their London office. Candidates must be available immediately or on 1 weeks notice, and be able to interview (virtually) w/c 6th January.
