Altum Consulting are partnered exclusively with a large, operational organisation to source a new senior team member for their HR services function. Reporting to a Director and supporting stakeholders at C‑suite level, the role will ensure operational HR services are meeting the needs of their large and complex workforce.
A key member of the leadership team, the position will lead on shaping and managing service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement. You will also support the delivery of a number of improvement projects, ensuring they meet function and organisational needs.
