Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Management Accountant (Digital) to join a successful Media business based in central London. This role will be for an initial 12 month fixed term contract, applying candidates must be available to start in January 2025., * Timely posting of month-end journals and accounting entries in line with IFRS, with a particular focus on revenue recognition and capital expenditure on digital products.

Responsibility for maintaining and monitoring assets under construction and intangible assets, held in respect of the Group’s digital platforms.

Preparation and ownership of the balance sheet reconciliations.

Implement a strong controls framework across accounting processes which inspires best practice.

Prepare a weekly revenue flash report for non-finance stakeholders.

Provide commercial support by inputting into new digital product P&Ls to assess the viability of a product.

Attend meetings and liaise with the digital project management team.
You’ll be/have:

A Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA)

Experience of working as an accountant in a large or compliance finance function.

Ability to deal with complex accounting and make improvements to month end processes.

Comfortable and confident influencing a variety of stakeholders.

Available to start in January 2025.
